- Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the Jonah Traveler website.
- Certain items such as personal care accessories or clearance products may not be eligible for returns (this will be specified on the product page).

Refunds
- Since payments are made via Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Refunds may take up to 10 business days after approval to reflect, depending on your bank or region.
Exchanges
- At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, you may return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
